A finish that outlasts paint
Powder coating is a dry finishing process. Electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto metal, then cured in an oven, where it melts and bonds into a hard, even shell.
- Durable: generally more resistant to chipping, scratching, and fading than conventional paint.
- Even coverage: a thick, uniform coat without runs or drips.
- Wide color range: solids, metallics, candies, and textures.
- Lower VOCs: powder contains little to no solvent compared with many liquid paints.
